Terms of use
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Rumbaroo is a free tile game run by Scott Winkel. By playing, you agree to these simple terms.
It’s free
Rumbaroo is free to play. There are no purchases, subscriptions or ads. An account is optional.
Play fair
- No cheating. Don’t use bots, scripts or exploits to win, tamper with the game or its server, or fake your stats or leaderboard results.
- Don’t try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site.
- Be kind to the other players in your rooms.
Names
Display names and room names are seen by other players. Don’t use names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone else, or include someone’s personal information. We may change or remove a name that breaks this rule.
Your account
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You can delete it any time from your account menu in the game. We may suspend or remove accounts, names or leaderboard results that break these terms, or if we need to for the game to keep running.
Provided as-is
Rumbaroo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running and your stats safe, but we can’t promise the game will always be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost. We may change, pause or end the game or any feature at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or incidental damages from using Rumbaroo.
The game itself
Rumbaroo, its name, art, mascot and rules text are original works. Please don’t copy them to make a competing game or app.
Privacy
Our Privacy page explains what we collect and how to delete it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. If you keep playing, that means you accept the update.
